Finance & Controlling Specialist – Focus on Planning & Accounting (m/f/d)

In this position, you connect controlling, accounting and reporting. Your area of responsibility includes the transparent preparation of financial information, the further development of processes and the independent implementation of the planning process.

Your tasks: Start group-wide business planning and agree closely with your team, the parent company, management, accounting, and specialist departments. You take an important interface between controlling and accounting. You support the further development and optimization of our reporting processes, dashboards and reporting tools in the financial sector. You set up the monthly financial reporting including relevant financial indicators, commentaries and deviation analyses, and quarterly the balance sheet You analyze sales, cost, sales and stock figures and prepare the results in a comprehensible manner. You support specialist areas in business issues and bring your analysis into line with your needs. You create presentations, decision templates and evaluations for internal and external addressees. You will be involved in cross-departmental financial and corporate projects.

You have a successfully completed degree in business management, ideally with a focus on accounting / controlling, or a comparable training in accounting or controlling. You bring a multi-year professional experience in the financial sector, preferably in controlling, accounting or auditing. You have a sound understanding of accounting and financial key figures; Knowledge of accounting according to HGB is required. You like to work with numbers, recognize relationships and can prepare results in a comprehensible way. You bring an IT affinity and have experience in dealing with analysis and reporting tools; Knowledge in IBM TM1 Planning Analytics is a plus. You are safe in handling MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. You have German knowledge on C2 level and communicate binding, clear and addressable. You like to work in the team and appreciate personal exchange in the office as well as the flexibility of mobile work.
