Trainee Corporate Clients - Region Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland (m/f/d)

We trust you - from the beginning. You work as a full-fledged team member and are involved in cross-departmental projects. You grow step by step into your tasks and are accompanied by experienced colleagues. Together with the corporate customer advisors:inside, product units and risk management, you accompany the strategic customer dialogue as well as the holistic financing consulting. You recognize the open needs of our corporate customers:inside, you develop suitable solutions and products together with the team. In this way, you contribute to exploiting business and earnings potential responsibly and building long-term, trusting customer relationships. From the preparation and accompaniment of new customer acquisitions, the implementation of risk policy in credit business, to representation tasks in the context of sustainable customer relationships - as a business customer advisor: no day resembles the other. Step by step, you take more responsibility in the customer dialogue and are guided by experienced business customer advisers:into the tasks. You’ll contact relevant product units such as corporate finance, leasing, factoring, interest, currency and raw material management, liquidity and investment management as well as global trade and payments.

The basis for your entry is a completed, or just before completion, Master's degree in Economics. Also with comparable qualifications, e.g. as a banking business owner:in, you are right with us. In the selection process you convince with a successfully completed cognitive performance test. You have already gained valuable experience through internships, work-studiers' posts or first professional activity in the business customer business. Experiences in related areas (e.g. corporate customer business, corporate finance, credit business) are also interesting for us. Your joy in working with customers: you feel at every contact point and you convince by your cooperation and negotiation skills. You can communicate at least in German and English at the language level C1. Your logical thinking, your creativity and your problem-solving skills are in demand. No matter what challenge - you analyze it and introduce yourself with suggestions for solutions. Digital media, agile working methods and new developments - we are moving in an environment with a high rate of change. With your curiosity, you want to grow and get ready to get familiar with new topics. You value the work in the team, like to exchange with others and you can adjust yourself well to different interlocutors. Flexibility also distinguishes you with regard to your workplace.
