Leiter Facility Management (m/w/d)

For our clients, a world-leading distributor of electronic components, we are looking for a facility manager (m/w/d) for the construction of a new logistics and distribution centre at the Bernburg site at the earliest possible time. In this position you lead a team of 5 employees.

Head of Facility Management Team Coordination and supervision of external service providers for cleaning, outdoor care, winter service etc. Ensuring trouble-free operation of technical systems (fire alarm system, sprinkler center, HVAC, power supply, intrusion detection technology etc.) Monitoring and control of building control technology Budget responsibility for facility management and building technology Development of emergency and incident plans Purchasing and managing technical resources in cooperation with technical purchasing

Complete technical or craft training, ideally with further training in the field of facility management At least 3 years of professional experience in object management First leadership experience of advantage Embossed service orientation and independent working Communication strength and sovereign appearance Secure handling of MS Office, SAP and FM software
