Employee Facility Management (m/f/d)

Responsibility: ensure smooth operation and maintenance of technical building equipment. Hands-on: You carry out regular inspections in our offices, production halls, warehouses and outdoor facilities and automatically fix defects and repairs. Organizational designers prove that You are responsible for coordinating, controlling and instructing our external service providers (such as cleaning companies and craftsmen). Processes control: You are planning maintenance, inspection and repair work independently and are proactively tuning maintenance measures with all affected departments. Security: You support compliance with safety standards, report and resolve safety deficiencies and can ideally take over the tasks as security officers (accompanied by missions, risk assessments). Acting economically: You support budget planning and control in facility management and take over the assignment within the framework of your competence policy.

A successfully completed technical or craft training (e.g. as an electrician, mechatronic, plant mechanic or the like). Multiannual professional experience in the field of facility management, house technology or building maintenance. Experience in the assignment and control of external service providers. Ideally, an electro-technical capability for testing location-changeable devices according to DGUV V3. Basic commercial understanding of budget releases and the economic handling of work resources. A high level of team capacity, reliability and a pronounced solution and service orientation.
