Business Informatics Specialist / Computer Scientist as HRIS Expert / Manager – SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)

Head of the digital HR transformation and redesign of the HR system and process landscape. Strategic design and continuous development of the HR IT architecture with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Analysis, harmonisation and digitization of HR roll processes including system integration (initial project). Process optimization in the HR sector using lean management, automation and integration of AI solutions. Implementation and further development of digital HR tools (e.g. digital personal files, e-ticketing, AI applications). Project management for HR IT initiatives (e.g. system migrations, rollouts) including test and quality management. Effective stakeholder and interface management with internal departments and external partners. Documentation of processes and system modifications and support in audits.

Complete university studies (e.g. (economic) informatics, IT management, data science or comparable). Comprehensive experience in IT-HR project management, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors. Expertise in supporting organisational development and transformation processes. Knowledge of system integration, data management and process analysis. Operational implementation strength and ability to promote independent topics. First leadership experience or strong leadership ambitions with the potential to build your own team. Strong interface competence in relation to HR requirements and technical solutions. Analytical and strategic thinking, combined with a structured, independent and entrepreneurial way of working. Solution-oriented and pragmatic way of thinking with hands-on mentality. Impressed communication and persuasive strength as well as the ability to actively manage changes and to act as a diplomatic sparring partner (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for all stakeholders. German and English knowledge (written and oral).
