Your role Polishing individual optical components of round and flat optics up to precision polishing under defined surface parameters

Implementation of process parameter definitions, monitoring and documentation for each component

Quality control of polished surfaces, including surface roughness, shape accuracy and image quality

Preparation, cleaning and finishing of the components before the trade fair or Test procedure

Cooperation with the measuring laboratory for the validation of the specifications and the feedback loop for process optimization

Your profile Complete professional training or equivalent knowledge and experience in optical processing

Finded knowledge of surface measurement (purity, shape accuracy) and evaluation of image quality

Experience in process parameter definition, monitoring and documentation; including quality control of polished surfaces

Cleanliness and clean room compliance, compliance with safety and quality standards

Teamability, independent error analysis, readiness to learn and ability to continuously optimize the process
