As People Partners, varied and exciting activities await you for defined care areas from commercial and commercial employees at Weilheim, Neidlingen and Illertissen: Advising executives on strategic issues, personnel and succession planning and talent development Designing and driving transformation topics together with executives Support and advice of managers on labour law issues, implementation of disciplinary measures and separations, BEM talks and cooperation with the works council Contact person for employees in complex individual questions Accompanying specialist areas within the framework of workshops and taking over moderation

You have successfully completed a completed business training or an economic study and have over several years of experience as HR Business Partner You can quickly adjust to different situations and contact persons from management to employees, have fingertip feeling as well as enforcement strength and a high design motivation You have deepened labour law knowledge, experience in a collective enterprise (metal tariff) is beneficial You are familiar with moderation and conversation management techniques Your high level of commitment and self-organization, your self-responsibility and your reliability and care You bring very good English skills, knowledge of SAP Success Factors of advantage
