About us The Global Safety department shapes the digital transformation of Environment, Health & Safety at SCHOTT and drives sustainable, secure and regulatoryly compliant processes worldwide. Global standards, digital solutions and compliance initiatives are developed and implemented in close cooperation with international locations, departments and external partners. Your duties Design and control the global EHS system landscape and further development of digital solutions to support sustainable and future-oriented security culture Responsibility of requesting, prioritizing and implementing digital EHS initiatives in close cooperation with international business units and functions Coordinate global rollout, optimization and transformation projects with focus on digitization, compliance and process x cells Promoting global packaging compliance and ensuring the implementation of international regulatory requirements, in particular in the context of packaging and circular economy Develop, establish and harmonise global standards, processes and governance structures for EHS and Packaging topics Taxes on project progress, resources, risks and dependencies as well as ensuring a sustainable implementation of agreed measures Moderate and connect relevant stakeholders at global level to translate requirements into practical solutions and measurable results Developing data quality, KPI structures and reporting processes to promote data-based decisions in the international environment Your profile Complete master's degree in engineering, natural sciences or a comparable subject with a focus on sustainability, environmental management or business information technology Multiannual experience in managing and coordinating complex international projects in the areas of digitalization, compliance or transformation Funded know-how in project management and in modern methods and tools for controlling global projects Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements and their successful implementation in international organisations Impressed analytical skills and the ability to evaluate and implement complex requirements Very good communication and stakeholder management skills in a global matrix environment German and English knowledge in word and writing Your Benefit As open as SCHOTT is for your further development, our offer of additional benefits is as extensive.
