We offer you an interesting activity in a non-profit organization with great social importance. They work in a small team in the field of controlling, finance and contracting. This is the interface between management, project managers and project partners and external service providers. They accompany all legal and financial processes in the CHE with administrative services. After a comprehensive incorporation phase, you work independently in the following fields of activity: Contract management: Contract design and conclusion (work and service contracts, cooperation agreements, grant agreements national and international) Administrative tasks: support of project management from project acquisition to project processing and accounting Data protection tasks: Data protection coordination in cooperation with our external data protection officer Representation in all activities of general administration, in particular finance and controlling

Ideally (specialist)higher education, combining the business economy and economic/contract law, alternatively completed commercial training and corresponding (legal) further and additional training Multiannual professional experience in at least two of the above tasks Good knowledge and practical experience in contract law (HGB, BGB, procurement law, right to grant) Ideally, knowledge of the application for public funds, including in European procurement procedures High sense of responsibility, strong communication and team skills, structured and independent working and self-initiative Strategic, analytical and service-oriented thinking Very good knowledge of English in word and writing, excellent knowledge of German Very good knowledge in the common office programs, especially Excel
