As one of seven state building offices in Lower Saxony, the State Building Management Region North-West carries out the construction measures of the country and the federal government. With around 360 employees, we serve more than 5,500 buildings in the western Lower Saxony – from the county of Bad Bentheim and Osnabrück in the south to the North Sea. We are looking for a permanent job at the Bad Iburg office for the area of central expertise, field of construction planning. Processing of design and execution planning Monitoring and control of special professionals (especially LP 1-5 HOAI) Participation in the practical advice of the user administrations (LP 1-5 HOAI) Development of supervisory and planning measures Support of special specialists in the creation of fire protection concepts Mission tasks for binding planning requirements of the Bundeswehr

(Fach‐)University of Architecture Knowledge of the application of Microsoft Project and CAD tools is as desirable as knowledge of building and planning law Safe appearance, good expressiveness, negotiation skills Constructive team skills, self-employment and commitment Language skills required are at least level C1 in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference (GER) Ready to travel, driving licence class B
