Senior Controller Financial Reporting & Cost Controlling (m/f/d)

You co-ordinate the monthly financial statements together with Accounting, the departments and the management and provide a consistent overall P&L. The consolidation and coordination of relevant final positions and the timely financial reporting in the Group-wide systems are your responsibility. To do this, you merge data from different systems and create meaningful reporting. You analyze cost developments and deviations from budget, forecast and previous year and prepare decision-relevant action recommendations for management. Transparent reports for cost centers and budget managers can be found and supported in targeted cost management. You continuously develop existing planning models from monthly accounts and cost control in forecasts and annual planning. You continue to optimize processes and tools in your field: automation, the use of AI and BI solutions or the introduction of completely new tools are your responsibility. Reporting and controlling processes automate and optimize with modern tools such as Excel, Power Query or BI solutions. As a senior controller, you actively promote the further development of data quality, transparency and efficiency in controlling.

A successfully completed study in BWL, Economics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your expertise. Multi-annual professional experience in financial controlling, cost controlling or reporting is yours. You have well-founded knowledge in the monthly financial statements (according to IFRS) as well as in forecast, budget and planning processes. You see yourself as a savings partner:in and consultant:in the cost and budget managers. A secure understanding of P&L, cost center accounting and outcome analysis as well as experience in cooperation with Accounting will help you. Very good Excel knowledge – ideally complemented by Power Query – as well as experience with ERP, reporting or BI systems complete your professional profile. You are sure to use reliable German and good English skills in everyday work.
