Then you become a business analyst (w/m/d) and strengthen our merchandise planning team with expertise and power – locally in our office in Butzbach and partly from remote.

As a business analyst (w/m/d), you take our assortments right under the look – from ABC analyses and performance analyses at SKU, category or product group level, cover fee bills to sales, stock and return analyses On this basis, you deliver solid data to enable sound choices about assortment structures, product placements and life cycles as well as demand forecasts You work closely with the teams Supply Chain, Category Management and E-Commerce and play a central role in the data-based development of our ranges In addition, you opt for our onsite performance (Conversion Council, Recommendations, etc.) and identify additional revenue potentials through cross- and upselling measures Your know-how is also required in the construction and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting (e.g. in Power BI or Tableau) for monitoring product success and development Last but not least, you support the forecast creation based on sales, seasonality and trend data and actively contribute to the further development of our planning and analysis tools

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Fashion Management or a comparable subject After that, you have collected at least 3 years of professional experience as an analyst (w/m/d) – ideally in the field of fashion/e-commerce In the analysis of large amounts of data (e.g. with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau), you know yourself well Additional experience in handling goods management or planning systems is advantageous Personally you convince with pronounced analytical expertise and a structured, result-oriented way of working Team spirit, communication skills and a good portion of your own initiative complete your profile
