In your new role as Workday Time & Absence Specialist (w/m/d), you are responsible for the project management of international rollouts. After successful Go-Lives, you are a product ambassador and work on the further development of the Workday Time & Absence functionalities. You work closely with our business unit representatives and make sure that we not only create an attractive digital solution, but also facilitate the work of the global HR teams by introducing standards. The technical review of the requirements of our international community and the prioritization of implementation in the system are your daily tasks. You are an expert when it comes to interfaces and work closely with colleagues from the integration team. Of course it is not without configuration: You know your Time & Absence solution and take the Workday Release Planning independently, including testing and introducing new features. In addition, we prepare our business units for the Workday use: You work together with our Transformation Team training concepts and digital training documents and support in the implementation of webinars.

Complete university studies, preferably in business administration, business informatics, personnel management or a comparable subject area. Founded, multiannual experience with Workday, in particular in Time & Absence Management and in the direction of global workday rollout projects. Embossed system affinity paired with a structured, solution-oriented operation and strong analytical and communicative capabilities. Safe in the definition and optimization of business processes and in the balance between technical requirements and technical implementation. High level of initiative and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation. German and English knowledge in word and writing.
