Product Manager – Cards (m/f/d)

With a safe hand and a lot of vision, you conceptualize strategic and professional requirements for our card and mobile payments products, and you agree closely with stakeholders and your colleagues. You always have the competition and payment market trends on your radar so that you are in the starting position to initiate strategic product developments for us. New products, processes and systems are designed, implemented and tested. Clearly, you are also working for a smoothly running introduction and training further project tasks. In addition, you make sure that our risk-relevant specifications as well as internal and external guidelines are complied with. So that we can constantly improve, you systematically analyze our current processes and develop them consistently and forward-lookingly. As a contact person for all relevant applications and systems, you can help your colleague with advice and action, support ongoing operations every day and provide guidelines and process documentation for cross-disciplinary know-how. Our external partners and service providers appreciate binding and targeted cooperation with you. You know at any time what to do. And: In the role as a product owner of a card or mobile payment squads, you control your agile team, the first user stories, watch the backlog and create compact work packages.

University degree, e.g. in Business Administration (BWL), Finance or a comparable professional qualification Multiannual professional experience in the development of new financial products, ideally in the field of cards / mobile payments, as well as as as a product owner with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban) in a team with high IT content Experience in (agile) project work know-how in the design of technical requirements and their implementation Analytical and holistic thinking combined with a high understanding IT and technology affinity and strategic conceptual skills Communication and presentation-strong team player personality Open to cultural diversity in an international environment English and German in word and writing
