Do you want to control all planning processes from the disposition of the raw coffee to the allocation of the roasted finished products? In the future, as a plant planner (m/w/d) make sure that our Hamburger Rösterei takes a small rod! Specifically, in this demanding operational interface activity, you will ensure cost-optimized and resource-optimized production planning and thus the economic and timely production of our roasted coffee. The close coordination within the entire supply chain is decisive in this respect. You coordinate the optimal production utilization on the basis of the needs of sales, technical restrictions and operational capacities. In the course of the production control, you continuously analyze the current production performance, setpoint actual comparisons and take measures in case of quantity and time deviations . To do this, you ensure the optimal availability of the raw coffee as well as the smooth disposition and delivery of the packaging materials .

You have completed your studies, for example with a focus on production or logistics or a completed commercial training - combined with professional experience in production planning . You bring a strong entrepreneurial thinking and enforcement skills. Your high level of communication and conflict resolution skills are yours. You have very good analytical skills, a structured way of working even under high loads and pleasure in operating work. MS Office is too familiar and has ideally already experiences with a production management system or SAP (APO, PWS and Retail). You have at least. C1 knowledge in the German language .

The body shall be filled in full time or with at least 32 hours.
