Development and Perspective at An attractive Hospital Carrier in Bavaria Our client is a municipal clinic network in the south of Bavaria and one of the largest employers in the county. With more than 1,000 beds, more than 160,000 outpatient and stationary patients per year, and well over 4,000 employees, he is one of the high-performance providers in the region. The association includes four hospitals, which act as academic teaching hospitals of the LMU and the TU München and are jointly organized in a GmbH, as well as a medical care center (MVZ), which is run as an independent GmbH. Private vocational schools complement a wide range of courses. The financial and accounting system is centrally bundled and is responsible, in addition to the associations, for the accounting system for the municipal hospital specialty of the institutions of the city and county. Financial and accounting

In this position you are assigned directly to the head of financial accounting and work in a 14-member team. The role is deliberately conceived as a development position and offers the perspective of developing within three to four years as a general management of finance and accounting. You actively participate in the management team from the outset and, among other things, accompany the transition from SAP S/3 to SAP S/4. Here you analyze and optimize process chains, identify weaknesses and accompany the implementation holistic. In addition, you are integrated into the reporting system, prepare information for addressing, in particular for the medical managers, and work closely at the interface to the medical controlling in the budget and planning process. In addition, you will be involved in economic planning, annual financial statements and in the optimization of clinic processes in the sense of a lean management approach and create a structured discussion of workflows in your work environment and are open to new tasks.

A dedicated and long-term oriented personality with completed economic studies from financial, accounting or controlling is sought, ideally with experience from a management consultancy or auditing company. Knowledge from the hospital environment is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You have a pronounced understanding of the process, a structured way of working and the ability to prepare complex content in a user-oriented manner. Finding analytical skills and the sovereign handling of complex IT-based data structures as well as a high number affinity. A sense of responsibility and team orientation are also important in a hierarchy-poor working culture. A sustainable interest in long-term development in the region is desired. .
