The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees. The SOS-Kinderdorf Worpswede is part of the nationwide carrier association SOS-Kinderdorf e.V.. You are a social pedagogue or have a comparable qualification. Pre-experiences in the field of child and youth assistance are desirable. You are characterized by reflectivity, stamina and reliability in order to create professional proximity to children insecure to bond and to impart stability. You have well-founded expertise and at the same time bring the desire for continuous personal and professional further development to create a strengthening and promoting environment for the children together with the team. You enrich the design of everyday educational life with the children through your richness of ideas. You bring strong team spirit with you and thus contribute to a trusted, open and constructive cooperation that is characterized by a lively positive error culture.
