Procurement Systems Manager – NetSuite (m/f/d)

We are looking for a powerful personality that combines sound NetSuite knowledge with a strong understanding of shopping and supply chain processes. The focus of the position is the further development of the system landscape already used throughout the company. The aim is to better exploit the available possibilities of NetSuite, to map shopping processes as consistently as possible in the system and to systematically reduce parallel Excel solutions, manual work steps and additional individual solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission: Analyze and optimize purchasing processes: Understanding existing procurement and procure-to-pay processes as well as the interfaces to inventory, planning and MRP, identifying vulnerabilities and deriving potentials for better imaging in NetSuite.

Consistently model processes in NetSuite: Together with procurement and adjacent departments, define how processes can be implemented in the system as consistently, efficiently and as standard. In particular, manual work steps and parallel systems are to be reduced.

Configuring and developing NetSuite independently: independently implement technical adjustments, release logics and workflows, as well as testing and documenting changes. For technically more complex requirements, the coordination with the internal IT or external NetSuite specialists takes place.

Building Reporting and Control Options: Together with Purchasing, define relevant KPIs and information needs and develop and continuously develop reports, dashboards and Saved Searches in NetSuite.

Improve data base and system usage: identify vulnerabilities in purchasing and planning relevant data and in the use of the system and implement suitable improvements together.

Supporting areas of expertise in the use of NetSuite: Be the contact person for procurement and adjacent functions in system- and process-related issues, support users in new or modified processes and promote consistent use of the system.

What you bring to the team: Multiannual practical experience with NetSuite, ideally in a professional-systemic role with its own implementation responsibility.

Funded understanding of purchasing and procure-to-pay processes and good understanding of the adjacent supply chain processes, in particular inventory, planning and MRP.

Detectable experience in the independent configuration and development of NetSuite, for example with workflows, saved searches, reports and dashboards. Experience goes well beyond the pure application of the system.

Ability to analyse professional processes, structure requirements and make sense within the possibilities of NetSuite, with a clear focus on as standard and scalable solutions as possible.

Embossed analytical skills and a data-driven work approach; ideally additional experience with data analytics and the development of KPI or reporting structures is advantageous.

Independent, pragmatic and implementation-oriented working methods as well as the ability to work closely with procurement, supply chain, finance and IT and to drive improvements in a dynamic environment.

Experience in a producing, leading or comparable complex business environment is advantageous.

Very good knowledge of German and English.
