✨ Your tasks:

As a team leader in the master care service, you are practically in use as well as contact for your team and our customers.

• Organization and coordination of daily operations
• Guide and support of the master team
• Execution of object controls and ensuring the agreed services
• Communication with customers, object lines and administration
• Smaller repair, assembly and maintenance work
• Control of buildings, technical facilities and outdoor facilities
• Maintenance of green areas and traffic routes and support in winter service
• documentation of work, damage and necessary repair requirements
• Planning and control of required equipment, machinery and materials

That's what you bring with

• Experience in master care, facility management, craftsmanship or a comparable field of activity
• First experience in the guidance or guidance of employees is advantageous
• Craft skills and good technical understanding
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• Friendly and secure appearance to customers and employees
