The Client Service Management (CSM) department operates the job end devices for KIT's administration facilities and ensures a safe and trouble-free operation.

Your activities include: Self-employed installation, configuration and maintenance of IT end devices Development and creation of software packages for automated distribution on workplace systems Own responsible operation of the server infrastructure for software distribution systems Processing and Solution of User Requests via our Ticket System and Phone Support

You bring with them: Complete IT-specific training as a specialist informant or comparable (information technician, technician with IT affinity and well-founded IT skills) with long-term professional experience Very good knowledge of Windows, macOS/iOS and Android as well as comprehensive experience in client management Funded know-how in network technologies and IT infrastructure services Secure application and support of administration tools in the context of client support Deep Mobile Device Management expertise and independent application of an MDM system Practical experience in handling Powershell or comparable script languages very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English (in word and writing) Personally, you are convinced by strong team skills, initiative and creativity
