Team Leader Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of a small team of two employees in quality assurance Coordination and monitoring of testing and control processes in ongoing production operations to ensure our product quality Ensuring the proper implementation, documentation and assessment of quality checks and the initiation of releases or blocking in the event of deviations Analysis of quality deviations and key figures as well as introduction and follow-up of appropriate correction and improvement measures Processing and support in the analysis of internal and external complaints, including root analysis and 8D reports Maintenance and demand-oriented updating of test plans, work instructions and quality-relevant documentation Organisation and monitoring of test equipment management including calibration and documentation Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal and external audits Close cooperation with production and development, logistics and sales in quality-relevant issues Working on continuous improvement and quality projects in coordination with QS/QM

Completed technical training, ideally as plastic and rubber technologists (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or in a comparable technical profession A further development in the field of quality assurance, measurement technology or quality management is advantageous At least three years of professional experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing industrial company First experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees – or the motivation to take the next career step into a leadership role Good knowledge of measurement technology, common testing methods and quality-relevant documentation Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP and CAQ systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Communication strength, sense of responsibility and enforcement in handling different interfaces Joy to support employees, coordinate processes and actively ensure quality in everyday production
