Processing and management of projects in road and civil engineering in the performance phases 6 - 9 of HOAI, including local construction monitoring for construction measures Creation of tender documents in close coordination with our planning team Coordination of the construction process in coordination with the contracting entities and other project participants Own-sponsored support and monitoring of projects with regard to compliance with dates, costs and quality Implementation of construction and audit of invoices and supplements

Successfully completed study of civil engineering with a focus on civil engineering or comparable, alternatively a degree as a state-tested civil engineer or similar Professional experience in construction management and construction monitoring, with focus on road and civil engineering Experience in project management is advantageous, but no requirement Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI Customer-oriented appearance, high commitment and independent working A structured operation and good organizational ability Joy in communication with customers and team Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
