Since the middle of 2023, the clinic has been part of the nationwide Schön Klinik Group and specializes in geriatrics, internal medicine, pain medicine, diabetics and gastroenterology. The outpatient offer includes surgical interventions, diagnostics and specialist speaking lessons in orthopaedics, endoprosthetics and neurosurgery. The spectrum is supplemented by an internalist emergency outpatient clinic, two day clinics (geriatrie as well as psychiatry and psychotherapy) and several medical practices.

Your tasks – You can look forward to this Strategic responsibility: You represent the chief physician or the chief physician in the planned and unplanned absence and ensure a smooth running in the Geriatrie. Holistic patient care: You take care of our stationary and semi-stationary patients and ensure high-quality medical care. Interdisciplinary team leadership: You run a multi-professional team, supervise station doctors and conduct structured case meetings as well as joint business. Complex treatment control: You plan and control the multimodal geriatric complex treatment, coordinate the dismissal processes and responsible for the reception planning including the processing of external takeover requests. Technical consil competence: You take over geriatric and – depending on the qualification – neurological consiles in the clinic and work closely with the other specialist departments. Organisational cooperation: You actively participate in the further development of treatment and execution processes, take over tasks in the field of commissioning and provide housekeeping services and business services on weekends.

You are a specialist (m/w/d) with the additional name Geriatrie and bring several years of experience in geriatric care, ideally already in obermedizin function. You have a broad internalistic expertise and enjoy comprehensive, holistic medicine. You convince by empathy in dealing with older patients and their relatives. You communicate clearly, constructively and interprofessional – both in the team and with other disciplines. You act resiliently and decisively, even in challenging situations, and bring openness to development and modern geriatric concepts.
