Coordinator of work organization, high voltage (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the reliable execution of tasks in order pre- and post-processing as part of the workforce management in the high-voltage network. You take over the order management for the fields of substations, secondary technology and 110 kV lines and support the master areas in this segment professionally. You organize maintenance, document equipment and record their condition. In addition, you provide proof and evaluations of control reports. You ensure compliance with our quality standards and are the key player for all topics related to order preparation and preparation. You participate in the preparation, implementation and monitoring of planned and operational measures for substance conservation and network management. You also support the coordination of service providers as well as the retrieval of material and services.

You have a completed training as a specialist, technician, or master (m/w/d) and you have already knowledge and practical experience in a comparable field of activity. You're sure to deal with the usual PC applications. Ideally, you also have knowledge in SAP PM, SAP Classic and GTI. You work structured, carefully and reliably and keep track of multiple parallel tasks. You are convinced by your team skills, initiative and strong communication strength. Customer orientation is of course for you. You like to consider tasks from the perspective of our customers, develop practical solutions and enjoy coordinating processes and achieving successful results together with different contact persons. You own a class B license.
