Become part of our Head of Global Human Resources team from 1 July 2025, and get to know a broad HR spectrum in an international corporate consultancy: from staff administration to contract creation and support for employees. You get your own task with us and have the chance to apply your knowledge and expand insights and techniques from practice. In the center of your work: Support for various HR activities such as deadline management, information acquisition, maintenance and updating of Excel and other databases as well as correspondence Participation in the creation of contracts and contract extensions Coordination and support of diverse HR processes such as our Hire-a-Friend program, ongoing updating of documents and creation of various templates Various tasks around the exit process This is your team: You are part of a closely linked and highly motivated team from various Roland Berger locations.
