STRABAG Corporate Real Estate Management – Your chance of an exciting career! The real estate sector of the STRABAG Group looks after about 400 properties throughout Germany. To strengthen our team in Stuttgart we are looking for you as a motivated technician:in. Help us make our real estate fit for the future – with exciting projects and many design options! Co-ordinating and accompanying: Responsibility for maintenance, modernization and reconstruction projects of our own-used properties – from planning to completion Developing technical concepts: developing solutions in cooperation with planners, experts and other partners Negotiating and controlling: Leading contract negotiations with general contractors, specialist planners and subcontractors Efficient implementation: coordination and control of internal and external project participants Budget control: creation, testing and tracking of building budgets Construction site control and warranty tracking:Monitoring the construction design and ensuring quality even after completion Optional: Use of your knowledge in the field of technical building equipment (TGA)

Complete technical/university studies (e.g. architecture, civil engineering) or comparable technical training with real estate Ideally first practical experience in planning, construction management, project management or project management Good knowledge of HOAI and VOB A/B/C are advantageous Self-employed and structured working, coupled with high operational readiness Team skills, communication strength and negotiation skills Joy in dealing with people and a quick understanding
