Their tasks in the field of work and health are diverse and demanding: You serve, advise and activate people with health restrictions in the period of their SGB II performance reference and document your work in the internal EDV programs. You jointly create action strategies to improve mental and/or physical performance, accompany the processes and keep them up. You commission medical examinations, involve existing consultancy bodies, therapy offers and measures. You are constantly expanding their network on site. You examine and initiate funding opportunities for medical and professional rehabilitation. You shall examine and decide on the ability to work on the basis of the findings collected. You make decisions and give legal information according to SGB II and SGB III as part of your competence.
