Verification, verification and booking of invoices and travel expenses Creation of invoices for licenses, maintenance contracts and services (in Germany and abroad) Installation and processing of customer orders in internal systems Monitoring and booking of payment inputs as well as independent execution of payment runs incl. the mahogany Maintenance of customer portals in internal systems to ensure the topicality of CRM data Implementation of account adjustments including adjustment of uncertainties and differences Creation of monthly accounts Close interface for sales and project management as well as contact care to customers and suppliers Participation in the further development of the work area

completed commercial training, and/or further training to the accountant or comparable conclusion Insufficient experience in debitor and creditor accounting, ideally also in order processing First final experiences and the readiness to continue on the account book holder Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel Teamability and an independent, structured and independent way of working Experience with Navision and/or Business Central desirable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
