Check-in and check-out of our international guests in the evening and afternoon area answering all questions, concerns or complaints from our guests Processing of reservations and telephone and written requests Creation of guest bills and execution of cash bills Close cooperation with other departments such as housekeeping to ensure smooth running

ideally completed training in the hotel industry and/or first experience at the reception Pleasure to work with guests and colleagues:in different nationalities You are self-confident and keeps a cool head even in stress Reliability, sense of responsibility and organizational talent an independent and solution-oriented operation Very good knowledge of German and English - every other language is of advantage
