Quality Management Employee (m/w/d)

Westfleisch is one of the leading meat marketers in Germany and Europe. The company slaughters, disassembles, processes and refines at ten locations in northwest Germany. About 30 percent of the products are exported to more than 40 countries worldwide. West meat employs around 7,100 people, the headquarters are located in the Westphalian Münster. To strengthen our team in Hamm, we are looking for

Preparation, implementation and reprocessing of system, standard, customer audits, veterinary checks and internal audits Monitoring and ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, product protection and safety requirements and measures management Creation, maintenance and management of the management manual and internal guidelines in coordination with the departments Implementation of feed and customer-specific requirements Establishment of hygiene directives and their monitoring, professional guidance of production departments Planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of hygiene walks Creating documents and control templates in the computerised control system

Successfully completed training in the food industry e.g. as: Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (w/m/d), food assistant (w/m/d) or meat master (w/m/d) 2-3 years of professional experience in similarly stored functions (required) Comprehensive knowledge of standards according to IFS-Food, FSSC 22000 and QS systems (desired) Knowledge of HACCP and Food-Defense (recommended) Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed and targeted work Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
