Technical and disciplinary management of the IT & Digitalization area as well as further development of the associated ca. 110 employees in 3 management levels at 6 locations in Germany Development and implementation of a company-wide scalable IT and digitization strategy that is closely linked to the corporate objectives Control of IT transformation at all levels of companies, with special focus on automation, cloud integration and data-driven business processes Responsibility for the further development and scaling of the IT infrastructure and the architecture to ensure a secure and sustainable IT landscape Identification of digital innovation potentials and implementation of projects to increase efficiency in all business areas Coordination of closely interlinked IT cooperation with the various internal requirements / internal customers at 1&1 Versatel Responsibility for the IT budget, resource planning and efficient management of IT projects Ensuring continuous market observation of new IT trends and their assessment for the strategic orientation of the company

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, engineering sciences or related discipline Multiannual experience in a leading IT position, ideally as VP, CIO or in a similar strategic role, with profound knowledge in the digital transformation Outstanding leadership skills and experience in leading large, interdisciplinary teams Deep understanding of IT infrastructures, cloud technologies, automation and data analysis Strong communication skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and to successfully interact with different stakeholders at all levels Experience in managing budget and resource management Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify and successfully implement digital opportunities. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
