Winter service employee / driver – mini-job with guaranteed remuneration (m/f/d)

For the winter season from 01.11.2026 to 31.03.2027 we are looking for reliable winter service workers (m/w/d) on a mini-job basis.

Your task is to clear and scatter the paths and surfaces assigned to you in snow and smoothness. Experience has shown that operations often start early in the morning between 4:00 and 5:00, depending on the weather, but can also take place during the day or evening.

It is important that you can reach reliable during the season and are ready for use in the short term. After our notification, you should be able to be on site within 60 minutes at the latest**.

A Guide of Class B is mandatory. Experience with small tractors or comparable vehicles is advantageous, but no requirement. Cross-adapters are also expressly welcome.

We offer you a guaranteed monthly remuneration, regardless of how many bets actually take place. We will pay you**:** 500 € gross monthly in November and December 2026 and 525 € gross monthly from January to March 2027. The remuneration includes 90 working hours over the winter season. In addition, additional hours are paid after hourly wage.
