Operations Manager Tank Farm (m/f/d)

Control and monitoring of daily operation in the tank storage Active cooperation in warehouse operations, e.g. in: loading and handling processes, controls of plants and tanks, support in operational processes and bottlenecks Ensuring proper storage, handling and loading of products Coordination of goods entry and exits Monitoring of plants, tanks and infrastructure Planning and control of maintenance and maintenance measures Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and occupational health rules Organisation and monitoring of audits, audits and official controls Leadership and organisation of the tank camp team Creation and maintenance of operating instructions and documentation Budget monitoring and cost control Communication with customers, service providers and suppliers Ensuring compliance with legal requirements Implementation and documentation of instructions Participation in investment and optimization projects

Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with further education (master, technician, study) Multiannual professional experience in the tank, logistics or industrial environment Knowledge of the handling of hazardous substances and legal regulations willingness to work both in operation and administratively in the office Responsibility and decision-making Organisational and coordination capability Communication strength and enforcement capacity High safety and quality awareness
