Imagine you become the central impulse generator for the transformation in the supply economy. You will not only guide our experienced consulting team, but also accompany exciting IT projects around electricity, gas and hydrogen and decentralized energy generation – topics that shape our future. In this role, you are both strategic advisors and technical pioneers in the SAP environment. Together with our internal development teams and our customers, you develop smart, digital solutions that make business processes more efficient, more sustainable and sustainable. Not only do you want to advise, but to actively shape – together with a strong team and with real impact? In this role, you develop strategic consulting and process optimization for our customers and thus contribute significantly to the digital transformation in the energy industry. You take over the planning, control and monitoring of the project processes and are responsible for the budget and quality management. As a manager, you guide and coach a team of experienced SAP consultants, promote their further development and continuously improve the performance of your team. In doing so, you will ensure close cooperation with our customers and actively contribute to strategic decisions and further developments.

You are part of strategic decisions, soaring for smooth communication and transparency – whether through regular status updates or well-founded project reports. At the same time, your team acts as a knowledge pool for our internal developer teams and thus ensures a sustainable knowledge sharing and development within the company. Whether on site with our customers, in our office or remote – you are flexible and engaged where your expertise is needed.

What do you bring? Professional know-how, the view for the whole – and the drive to really move something. You have completed a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, BWL or in a similar field – but what distinguishes you goes far beyond your academic background. You have knowledge of project management methods and proven experience in IT consulting, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment and in the energy industry. Your strong analytical and organizational skills allow you to manage multiple projects at the same time and to set priorities efficiently. At the same time, you are characterized by communication strength and can communicate technical concepts both internally and externally in German and English. You are also motivated to actively develop our consulting offering with fresh ideas and real innovation spirit.

Around one to two times a month you are in use at our Oldenburg location – thanks to company cars you can easily reach.
