Operational Management Studio Productions (m/f/d)

You take over the overall responsibility for all studio productions You plan, control and accompany studio and video productions and take over the creative, dramatic and content conception of broadcasting elements taking into account the technical possibilities You develop innovative event formats and transmission sequences, optimize existing concepts and implement them with a high quality standard. With leadership responsibility, you coordinate your team, plan personnel deployment and conduct feedback and development talks in coordination with the next senior management level Processes and structures are analyzed and developed by you, in particular in the context of digitalization and cross-disciplinary cooperation You create decision bases, quarterly and annual statistics and support the department management in strategic issues You initiate and implement innovative solutions and contribute to the sustainable optimization of competence Support your team in all areas of daily business

You have a degree in communication or media (master level) or a comparable training Their expertise includes good knowledge of film, TV or crossmedia productions as well as in the use of studio technology In addition, you bring business know-how and knowledge in higher education are advantageous You are characterized by a pronounced service orientation, negotiation skills and conflictability, complemented by empathy in dealing with various actors Efficiency, readiness for performance and a high quality awareness are your strengths as well as a result-oriented and innovation-oriented operation Combine your strategic and analytical thinking with creative approaches and a clear structure You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, responsible action and a targeted leadership, in which the motivation and promotion of your employees are the focus Use your digital skills to develop processes and drive innovative solutions
