Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your duties

• Self-employed and independent monitoring of construction projects
• Active control of appointments, costs and quality requirements in demanding projects in the field of technical building equipment
• Accompanying and consulting clients during the implementation phase, from the start of construction to the handover to the user
• Acquisition of management tasks in the areas of project management, technical advice and monitoring and controlling during construction
• Responsibility as main contact partner for customers
• preparation and coordination of the construction phase, including the control of the required planning services

Your qualifications

• Completed engineering studies in the field of supply technology, building automation, further training for technicians or similar qualifications
• Comprehensive expertise in the planning, organisation, implementation and monitoring of construction projects
• Embossed communication and cooperation skills
• German knowledge min. B2
• readiness required
