Power Controllers (m/f/d)

The central management department provides a large part of the basic technical work in building management. The energy controlling plays a decisive role in the control and evaluation of energy consumption, the associated costs and CO2 emissions and the determination of specific characteristics of the land-used properties. You carry out consumption analyses and evaluations within the scope of the local energy control system You examine the data relevant for the energy evaluation in their systematic plausibility You ensure the continuous quality assurance of the data recorded in the energy controlling system You are in close coordination with the technical management of operations in the analysis of data You analyze, structure and maintain the images of the supply topologies in the database as a basis for evaluations You advise our land construction and management as well as users on energy consumption with the aim of recognizing potential savings You contribute to the further development of digitalization and reporting in energy controlling

Complete study in the field of supply engineering or comparable qualification Experience gained in dealing with databases and affinity for numbers and data Knowledge of the structure and function of relational databases and experience in the evaluation of extensive physical data Practical experience in the consumption measurement and analysis of buildings and in the energy optimization of buildings and their installations IT affinity with regard to the applications: MS Office, especially Excel, PitFM and EMIS Basic understanding of legal requirements (e.g. building energy law, energy efficiency law) You always keep an overview of extensive and networked data and are reliable in the processing of your tasks You have excellent analytical skills and can also find targeted solutions in challenging situations You enrich the team with your collegiate, helpfulness and constructive solutions
