Your responsibility: Participation in building and ensuring a clean data base and monitoring of claims in the transition from external debt collection back to the bank Precise transfer of case-relevant information and receivables to the internal settlement data system Structured integration and archiving of physical and digital documents in the internal post and document archives Takeover of simple written and telephone customer contacts, e.g. for confirmations, queries or address comparisons Compilation of regular evaluations on project progress and support in monitoring and maintaining inventory and process key figures

Your know-how: We are looking for work students who have fun at their work and are motivated to face the daily challenges. You understand yourself as a team player and bring the following skills: Current academic legal or economic training (university/university) Business and organizational knowledge Safe handling of MS Office, especially good knowledge in Excel
