Senior Consultant Payment Transactions (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior Referent Payment Transport (m/w/d) in our Finance team at the next time. In this versatile role, you control the operational payment transactions and the daily treasury disposition for the CA Auto Bank as well as the CA insurance service. You ensure our liquidity, manage treasury and derivatives transactions precisely and ensure the high quality of our internal processes (IKS). As a central interface to banks, auditors and our central office in Turin, you actively shape sustainable financial structures. Here is an overview of your tasks in detail: Payment transactions & system support Own-sponsored control, monitoring and approval of the operating payment transactions (invoicing and transfers) for the CA Auto Bank and the CA Insurance Service. Function as a central contact person and account leader to credit institutions. System care and functional care of the treasury and payment systems. Treasury Back Office & Disposition Daily disposition, short-term liquidity planning and reporting preparation. Collection, audit and management of treasury transactions (including interest and redemption payments), coordination and technical clarification of inconsistencies and validation of HQ derivatives transactions. Monitoring of deposit limits, performing monthly closing activities and quality-secured data entry (MasterFinance / APEX). Frictionless cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces (including treasury and accounting). Quality Management & Interfaces Own-responsible implementation of quality assurance measures within the internal control system (IKS) and process optimization. Technical interface and preparation of complex issues for banks, auditors and the HQ in Turin. Self-resolving and processing of complex ad-hoc-sustains using specialist experience and established guidelines. Technical leadership and cooperation in smaller to medium-sized financial projects as well as support, training and professional guidance of new team members and representation in the team (e.g. in the daily cash report).

The basis of your success is an economic study or a commercial training with multi-year practice in payment and treasury back office of a financial service provider. You bring well-founded IT skills (SAP, Excel, ideally MasterFinance/APEX) and convince by analytical sharpness as well as a structured, independent way of working. Your high number affinity, your strong quality awareness and knowledge of English, make you an estimated savings partner for our team and our international contacts in Turin.
