For the 'Compliance' section we are looking for a*n at the Taufkirchen or Ulm site at the next possible time International Compliance Officer (m/d) The 'Compliance' area is responsible for ensuring compliance with the highest standards in terms of integrity and ethical entrepreneurship. Our company is subject to a number of compliance requirements in all states where it operates or sells its products.

Supporting our operational business units as part of our risk-based compliance management system Conducting business partner / due diligence exams, in particular with regard to corruption and money laundering relevant tasks Participation in the evaluation and management of compliance risks, audits of contracts, follow-up of compliance violations or Notifications from the notification system Continuous further development and follow-up of preventive processes and measures to ensure the ethics and compliance guidelines as well as due diligence within the company’s supply chain Preparation and implementation of compliance training and information events Close and trusted cooperation with the executives and experts of other departments and operational business units within our international group of companies

Completed studies in law/economics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in the field of law, finance, program and project management and business compliance Experience in cooperation in projects in an international and interdisciplinary environment Good knowledge of relevant legislation Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Good problem-solving competence and communication strength negotiating skills as well as safe, convincing and competent occurrence German and English knowledge, French knowledge advantageous
