Strategic procurement: developing and implementing a long-term purchasing strategy for engine components to ensure the company's competitiveness. Contract management: negotiation and conclusion of framework agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and continuous optimization of the contractual conditions. Market analysis: noticeable observation of the market for engine components, identification of trends and developments and evaluation of new technologies and suppliers. Cost management: implementation of cost analyses, identification of savings potentials and implementation of cost reduction measures. Supplier management: Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with suppliers, implementation of supplier reviews and development. Project work: Active participation in projects to improve procurement processes and introduce new products.

Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Negotiating skills, enforcing ability and a pronounced cost awareness. Analytical skills to understand complex facts and make targeted decisions. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Technical expertise, ideally in the field of motor technology, is advantageous. Ability to work independently and work together.
