You are responsible for a future-oriented sourcing strategy in the field of packaging materials and consistently implements it, including active cost, standardization and process optimization – especially for cartonboards, films, labels and other packaging materials. You continuously analyze market trends, price developments and new technologies, identify optimization potentials and unlock new sources of supply. You negotiate high-quality prices and contracts and consistently secure competitive and sustainable conditions. The strategic supplier management is your responsibility – you develop existing partnerships and build them sustainably. You work closely with internal interfaces such as sales, product management, production and logistics to efficiently implement projects. You accompany new product introductions and packaging projects and ensure optimal procurement of the required materials.

Training: completed economic studies, completed commercial training with relevant professional experience or comparable qualification Know-how: Multiannual professional experience in the strategic purchasing of packaging materials, industry knowledge desirable, knowledge about purchasing processes and methods, negotiation security, safe handling of ERP systems and MS office, reliable knowledge of German and English Working methods: Strong communication and implementation, solution-oriented, team-oriented, responsible and structured and strategic
