Planning: monitoring and analysis of all economic indicators at market level and deriving control measures with market management Marketing and Promotion Management: Market, Trend and Competition Analysis as well as Initiating Actions, Advertising Planning and Social Media Appearances are part of your task Optimization of operations: They are responsible for the continuous implementation control of the planograms, create action plans for inventory evaluation and also set market-transmitting standards (e.g. shop design, quality concepts) Assortment analysis: The analysis and design of the assortment is in your hands and you are a contact person when it comes to redesign and further measures Communication: They act as a trusting link between the markets and the management and are responsible for the regular report Employee qualification: They independently determine the training needs and take over cross-market coordination Development and support: Together with the market leaders, you implement the sales strategy and are at the same time for this coach and consultant to conduct targeted weekly market tours and market management meetings
