In this sense, SCHOTT Pharma is sustainable for society and the environment As Risk & IKS Professional (m/w/d)* you play a central role in the further development of our internal control system and risk management - with a focus on harmonisation, automation and international cooperation. The position is to be occupied at our location in Mainz as soon as possible. Your duties They identify control gaps and process weaknesses and advise specialist areas in developing appropriate measures. They promote the further development and harmonisation of internal controls, in particular through the use of digital solutions such as S/4HANA. They plan, coordinate and carry out self-responsibility tests of internal controls and accompany the implementation of measures. They moderate risk and control workshops (remote and on site) to implement the IKS at national level. They work closely with internal and external stakeholders as part of the Second Line of Defense. They support the creation of risk analyses and the maintenance of the risk register. Your profile They have a degree in economics, economic law or a comparable qualification. They bring at least three years of professional experience in IKS, revision, risk management or compliance - ideally in an international industrial company or audit. They have a sound process understanding for business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Quotation-to-Cash or Record-to-Report. They convince with pronounced analytical skills as well as communication and negotiation skills. They ideally have experience in handling SAP systems.
