Construction site organisation: independent organization and control of construction sites in the field of interior and complete construction – structured, timely and quality-conscious Installation monitoring: monitoring and coordination of assembly work by private and external personnel at the construction site

Team leadership: leadership and motivation of the assembly team with enforcement capability and clear communication

Material Retrieval & Logistics: Own responsible organization of material retrievals and deliveries to ensure a smooth construction process

Quality control: Consistent monitoring of performance quality according to specifications and standards

Documentation: Creation of hourly records and daily reports as a basis for project management

Assembly work: Active collaboration during assembly in the entire interior construction area – suspended ceilings, dry construction and related structures

Professional qualification: craft training in the field of dry construction, interior design, carpenter, SHK or comparable – alternatively master or technician with corresponding project experience Professional experience: Detectable experience in the area of expansion, suspended ceilings or related interior equipment – ideally already in a coordinating or conducting function

Leadership competency: Embossed leadership qualities, enforcement ability and ability to motivate and control teams

System competence: Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Readiness to travel: High readiness to nationwide project assignments – this is a central part of the position

Working: Self-employed, structured and independent with a high level of quality awareness

4-day week: usually applicable 4-day work week – more time for recreation and private life
