About our team There are 10 dedicated colleagues waiting for you: in the areas of risk types and risk management, model and methodologies, overall banking supervision and supervisory validation. We have also met a variety of tasks like ours – some have re-enacted, others have been involved as experienced risk controllers for many years. In this position you take a cross-sectional function and are in a particularly close relationship with your team colleague. These are your tasks Monitor and evaluate economic and normative developments at institutional and corporate level, perform stress tests, sensitivity analyses, risk inventory and limit monitoring. A special focus of your activity is the follow-up of regulatory changes (ECB, BaFin) with regard to overall bank analyses (risk coverage potential, risk sustainability), strategic orientations and reports (total risk report) and their adapted implementation. They define and improve risk assessment procedures, optimize internal management and ensure an efficient reporting structure. Through your central role, accompany internal and external audits (annual accounts, supervision) and support with analyses on investment plans, SREP assessments and strategic specifications. They observe market trends, technological developments (databases, data quality) and drive forward-looking IT solutions for overall banking monitoring.
