• Leadership and development of a team of about 30 employees in the field of hospital cleaning, including guidance, incorporation and instruction of new team members and staff service providers

• Responsibility for operational personnel management, including employee talks, team meetings and preparation of personnel measures

• Operational management and control of the object units in compliance with hospital hygiene requirements

• Operation planning and failure management by SPX utility.

• Designing and optimizing processes as well as operational support in case of need

This distinguishes you:

• Completed 3-year vocational training or corresponding experience in the field of domestic affairs

• Quick conception, customer-oriented and polite ways of handling and a pronounced service orientation

• Knowledge of hygiene guidelines and employee management

• readiness to professional training and safe handling of MS Office applications

• willingness to work in changing layers and on weekends and holidays
