Implementation of construction tests (Fassaden assessment according to VDI 6200) Implementation of buildings as well as technical assessment of the structural and technical condition of complex locations (mainly administrative and office buildings, high risk locations, data centers...) Implementation of damage analyses and development of solutions to remedy defects Ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards and safety standards Training and professional support of the Site Managers in order to carry out visits to simple locations

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline (Fassadenbau) Multiannual professional experience in the field of construction assessment, renovation or structural planning Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (e.g. DIN, Eurocodes) Experience in the preparation of opinions and technical reports Knowledge of facility management, HOAI, building contract law and building law, DIN and VDI standards Analytical thinking and a structured working method Communication strength and team capacity as well as a high degree of self-responsibility Safe handling of popular MS Office applications Class B driving licence Perfect knowledge of German in word and writing are absolutely necessary Physical fitness JOBV1_EN
