Your tasks: • Responsibility for production development in innovation projects from kick-off to series release • Ensuring production-oriented product development Methods and internal guidelines • Development and design of production concepts in coordination with internal and external interfaces taking into account the Production and logistics processes • Simulation, evaluation and optimization of production and Machine concepts with regard to their technical and economic Feasibility • preparation of make-or-buy decisions taking into account Know-how, cost, quality and time • planning, supervision and evaluation of production tests and Feasibility studies • development of jobs taking into account ergonomics and Safety of work • Analysis and optimization of series processes and technical/economic evaluation for project releases

Your profile: • Successful training in a technical profession would be desirable • Study of mechanical engineering or (economic) engineering with Mechanical engineering or comparable expertise • Multiannual professional experience in the design and development of production processes and experience in process optimization and Automation • Good computer skills (SAP S/4, MS Office) • High method competence (cost structure analysis, FMEA, statistical Analysis, Six-Sigma • Knowledge of programming (such as Phyton, C++,...) • Self-employed, systematic and targeted • Team skills, communication skills and enforcement Final knowledge of German and English in word and writing
