Process and verify incoming invoices, the expenses reports, and corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Perform regular account reconciliations, investigation discrepancies, and accurate records of open items Prepare and post monthly accruals to ensure costs are recorded in the correct accounting period and support accurate financial reporting Prepare weekly payment requests, ensuring completeness and accuracy Create and maintain master data in the accounting system ensuring data accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal controls

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification You have already gained professional experience in accounting, preferably in the accounts count Comfortable with relevant accounting software and MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally already some experience with SAP A precise way of working and the ability to work in a team Fluent English and German on a good understanding level, additional languages are a plus
